Each year we want to start our health and fitness journey with a clean slate. Free from last year, spiritual and physical health challenges. We hoped that we overcame, learned, and released in the previous year’s disappointments: relationships, financial setbacks, employment layoffs, missed opportunities and blessings, and lack of mouth control; however, we are still enduring the cause and effects from COVID-19. December 31, 2020, some of us might have even scrubbed down our houses; cleaned out our closets, committed to join a work-out facility, and promised ourselves that we would change unhealthy lifestyle choices.
Let us seek God’s guidance on what list of obligations we should commit to in 2021 regarding our wholistic lifestyles (spirit, soul, and body).
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11 NLT).
