You have plenty of energy, time, and you know you need to exercise; however, you are just not motivated.  Well, let see if this motivational calendar can assist you.

Day One: You want to fit in your skinny jeans; walk more,

Day Two: You want to stop back pain, stretch or get a massage.

Day Three: You do not want to turn into a couch potato; put the remote down and move.

Day Four: You want to burn some calories, take aerobics classes.

Day Five: You want to be healthy; change your food intake.

Day Six: You want to lower your blood pressure; watch your stress level.

Day Seven: You are sick and tired of being sick and tired; change your motivators.

If, by chance, you need more motivation, make up another 7day calendar.  While you are making up the calendar, try some wall push-ups. (smile)
