A child is born. This expression brings joy and a sense of accomplishment to the parent(s). Family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers offers the parent (s) words of encouragement and blessings. Upon taking the child home, the responsibilities, child-caring and raising begins with the parent (s)’ verbal agreement to train, raise, and love the child. The parent (s)’ commitment to raise the child must take into consideration, their will, God’s will, and the child’s free will.
