Acceptance: Body Image

By February 7, 2017No Comments

People with negative body image tend to feel that their size or shape is a sign of personal failure, and that it is a very important indicator of worth.

Poor body image has been linked to diminished mental performance, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, sexual dysfunction, dieting and eating disorders.

Having a positive body image means that, most of the time, you see yourself accurately, you feel comfortable in your body, and you feel good about the way you look.

Remind yourself

“For we are his workmanship, created  in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:10 KJV).

Walk in His image a be a triple blessing to everyone you meet.
