It has been notated that the missing components needed to avoid chronic diseases and dementia are diet, physical fitness, and quality sleep. We must maintain active lifestyles through physical activities and aerobic fitness. Keeping a consistent exercise ritual helps us maintain healthy brains and healthy cardiovascular systems. Aerobic activities such as swimming, walking, jogging, skating, and cycling allow us to continuously use our large muscles rhythmically. Let us not forget the benefits from muscle toning, which strengthen our muscles and bones, improves our coordination, reduce fall risk, and improve our mobility.
