We enjoy eating foods that taste good or satisfy our hunger pain. If we want to counterattack liver disease, we must choose to eat healthy. The medical industry informs us that the basic diet for battle against liver disease includes detouring from alcohol night cap, eating foods with tones of white sugar, salt, trans fat, refined carbohydrates and saturated fat. On the other hand our food intake should be saturated with lots of vegetables and fruits (please note if diabetic check with your medical physician on portion control for fruits).
Also, one can incorporate the following foods and drinks:
To lower abnormal liver enzymes, one can drink coffee. Remember all things must be done in moderation.
To prevent fat buildup, one can eat plenty of greens and tofu. Please note if you are on a blood thinner, check with your physician before including greens within your meals.
To maintain balance fat levels and avoid inflammation, one can eat fish.
Please remember before adding and subtracting foods from one’s diet, check with one’s Spiritual Physician (SP) and Medical Physician (MP).
