Yes, various foods can affect our sleeping patterns and dreams. The phrase “you are what you eat” is food for thought. Dream insanity can be rooted in food choices. A thought is if food can affect our energy levels, thought process, heart health, and liver function, why should we think that it cannot enter our dream world.
