Input output sounds like a printing job. This can relate to our eyecare in the way of intake (nutrition) to output (vision). We need to eat healthy foods to assist with us having and maintaining good vision.
Here are some suggestive foods one can eat that contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin (which are typically found together). Omega-2s and antioxidants. NOTE: these are just suggestive food tips.
