It is the leading cause of death for men and women. African American are 40% more likely to die from heart disease than white women.
Symptoms of a heart attack are:
1. Heaviness of chest
2. Neck, jaw, shoulder, or back pain
3. Nausea and vomiting or abdominal pain above the belly button
4. Shortness of breath
5. Exhaustion or fatigue
