Throughout our lifestyles, we hit the bump of I need help. We fear of admitting that somethings we cannot do on our own. The thoughts that run through our heads are: Why can’t I do this? I am a failure. What will people think of me.
Some of the reasons we struggle with when thinking of asking for help are:
This task is too easy to ask for help.
I fear rejection.
I don’t want others to think I am depending on them.
I don’t want to feel like a burden.
I am self-reliance.

See is as a strength versus a weakness
See it as a relationship builder.
See it as allowing others to be a blessing to you.
See it as a reminder that only God has all the answers.
See ourselves as growing in God’s grace through interactions with others.
