During this holiday festivities, are our bodies filled with parasites?

Oxford English dictionary defines parasite as “an organism that lives in or on an organism of another species (its host) and benefits by deriving nutrients at the other’s expense”.

We fill our bodies with parasites when we:

Over indulge in snacks with the ingredients that list the following sweeteners:

White Sugar-spikes the blood sugar, can place us at health risk (chronic diseases), and causes obesity.

Sucralose-brand name is Splenda. This artificial sweetener is a concern of scientists who believe that Sucralose can changes organisms’ feeding habits and interfere with photosynthesis which can lead to weight gain versus weight loss.

High-Fructose Corn Syrup-leads to waistline spread and possible heart danger.

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies” (1 Corinthians 6:19020 NIV).
