Are we asking ourselves, what desserts can we indulge in during this holiday season?
God created us to enjoy life. For those of us who celebrate holidays, let us participate in the 90/10 rule.
This means when we know that we will be attending various seasonal parties, we will commit to eating healthy 90% of time while eating our favorite desserts 10% of the time.
This is how we will engage in the 90%(healthy meals) rule:
Drinking enough water.
Eating plenty of vegetables.
Watching our fruit intake, since they are full of natural sugar.
Not eating junk food throughout the week since we will be eating various desserts at the various holiday parties.
This is how we will enjoy the 10% (desserts) rule:
This is the time we can eat without conviction the desserts we desire at our holiday engagements.
Enjoy our sweet tasty pastries.
Make sure we do not over indulge if we do not want negative health side effects.
