How can we help ourselves and family members avoid unhealthy spiritual and physical parasites during this holiday season?

As we engage in traditional family gatherings during this Christmas celebration we must be conscious of the spiritual and physical hinderance knowns as Parasites.

To avoid unhealthy eating habits, we can:

Eat more sulfur sources: eggs, onions, garlic, and cruciferous veggies.

Eat complete cooked foods.

Avoid eating raw meats or fish.

To avoid parasites within our soul we can:

                Determine not to linger on self-defeating thoughts.

Avoid gossipers and becoming a gossiper.

Walk in forgiveness.

Do not be easily offended or intimidated by others.

“Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:23 NIV).
