Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness
I dare not trust the sweetest frame
But wholly trust in Jesus’ name” (Lyrics by Hillsong Live).
We enjoy a good sing along. As we ponder over the words we sing, what do they mean to us?
As we enter and exist our daily agendas, is our hope anchor rooted upon our faith system in Jesus Christ? Or was our words, actions and deeds represented by our personal egos? As we reflect back over our conversations, did our proclamations represent Jesus’ blood and righteousness because we offered others His mercy and grace? Were we trusting in Jesus’ name when we?

We practice self-control by not offering others our personal opinions
We served others from an attitude of gratefulness, love, and kindness versus jealousy, hatred, and selfishness.
“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20).
