How do we convert the love of Christ for us into our love for others?
Within our own strength we can’t
We can with the Holy Spirit’s help.
“You were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word in the stamen ‘you shall love your neighbor as yourself’. But if you bite and devour one another, take care lest you be consumed by one another. But I say walk by the spirit, and you will not carry out the desires of the flesh” (Galatians 5: 13-16).
Being led by the Holy Spirit we can serve others from the fruit of the spirit within.
Tomorrow, make love connections by allowing the Holy Spirit to select which fruit of the spirit to use.
