Yes, lunchtime comes every day. For most of us, we take a lunch break at the same time, on the other hand, some of us noontime meals depend upon our work schedules, school assignments, relationships, and unforeseen circumstances. Did we get the proper amount of protein through our spiritual drink ?“ And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat” (Genesis 1:29). On this lunch break, will we eat enough fiber to help us detox and renew our faith walk? “Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me: Lest I be full, and deny [thee], and say, Who [is] the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and take the name of my God [in vain]” (Proverbs 30:8-9).
