Men engage in self-destructive behavior. We are the head of the household. We tend to focus on being a good provider for our loved ones. At times, within our own reasoning, we try to figure out  how to make ends meet before seeking God’s guidance.

We make up 75% of suicide victims.  We tend to keep things inside versus seeking God’s help. We live in our own little world, which results in feelings of isolation.

We can get help from our creator.

  • Admit you need help.
  • Tell God about it.
  • Check out Christian Man Therapy or wherever organization the Holy Spirit is leading you to get help from.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7 ESV).

Keep your thoughts and eyes on Jesus.

Remember God is with you and this to shall pass.
