Be on the lookout for food isolation trap. This occur when living alone and grocery shopping depends on one’s feeling to eat versus life necessity of having healthy food supply within the house. When shopping, avoid the junk food trap. This is shopping when hungry, buying comfort foods, and filling the cart with our selective 10% foods. The 10% foods are pleasure foods and should be eaten during special occasions: celebrations, holidays, birthdays and social events. To detour from dietary deficiency, one should shop for and stack one’s shelf with food that fall within the 90% category.
