We are famished and need a quick snack. We ponder over which fast-food restaurant to spend our monies. Our focus is on quenching the hunger sound within which is now being heard outward. Yes, we are starving, however, the food choice we make can either nourish our souls and bodies or cause and uproar within our intestines. The expression, “you are what you eat” can manifest within the remaining choices, decisions and physical actions. Before entering that fast-food line, let us breathe and ponder over what food care practices we want to engage in. This will not take a long time it will only take 1 minute of our time to:
Frist, take a deep breath.
Second, notice our blood pressure and heart rate and mind sanity.
Third, ask ourselves did we take our required vitamins, supplements, prescription (if needed)?
Fourth, ask ourselves how much water did we drink?
Fifth, what type of breakfast did we eat and how much sugar intake do we really need?
Six, our food choice selection will it benefit and keep wellness balance between our sprit, soul, and body?

Remember quick food fix-it could turn into unhealthy choice that will affect the rest of our daily activities.

“But you shall seek the LORD at the place which the LORD your God will choose from all your tribes, to establish His name there for His dwelling, and there you shall come” (Deuteronomy 12:5).
