As we interact with others, we often find ourselves either complaining, nagging, or criticizing their appearances, actions, or word choices. We noticed whenever we see the persons we engaged in confrontation; they are avoiding interaction with us. Instead of being relationship destroyers, let us incorporate some relationship-building tools within our social activities.
Let us initiate our conversation skills with the gift of active listening skills. We can be supportive of others’ goals through prayer and words of encouragement. We can be respectful of one- and another’s-time management. Let us be receptive of others’ constructive feedback. To be on the winning team, let us always in Christ, negotiate disagreements.
