The Bitterness Environment

Stepping over bitterness mandates us to acknowledge times we walk around in resentment. We operating from a bitter spirit since we were mistreated. We reminisce on the past emotional state of anger and anxiety.

As we continue to ponder over being used, mistreated, and inner negative feelings of offense, we ignore the choice of stepping over bitterness. Now, the ill effects of bitterness trickled down and out
 into our actions. We blame others for our mindset and lack empathy towards others.

The Turning Point

Stepping over bitterness helps us to visualize our feelings and state of mind. yes, we have been unfairly treated; on the other hand, how long are we going to remain in remission of resentment? I am asking us (including myself) to determine how long are we going to allow the past bitter to remain within our soul. How much longer are we choosing to operate from an insecure spirit, and proclaim negative spoken words?

Let’s detour from the road of hatred by stepping over bitterness. We choose to admit our disappointments, feelings of hurt, and betrayal. Moving forward we will walk in peace and offer forgiveness where need to be.

Stepping over bitterness energetically opens the pathway to deal with life challenges and interact with people within a calm, nonjudgemental, neutral environment, while interacting with people. Even though the environment is in chaos fatigue and exhaustion enter our thoughts, feelings, and movements.

  4. Stop rehearsing the story, sharing the bitterness, and living in the area of bitterness.

  6. Noticing how much energy you have drained by staying on the road called bitterness
