“Jesus answered, It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4).
As believers, our intimate relationship with God is vital and assist us throughout our interactions with others. God created us to have fellowship with Him, others, and self. Friendship is vital. Women are considered social creatures, and men enjoy intimate time with God and his selective companion. Men’s and women’s quality of life depends upon their lasting or seasonal bonds with their lovers, friends, and family members. An unknown author proclaimed that “a friend is someone you can go to and share secrets. A friend means someone I can depend on, someone that is like an extended member of my family”.
As one’s family roles change from son/daughter, to student/employer or employee, to husband/wife, to father/mother, to grandfather/grandfather, one’s mental, emotional and physical state changes. The man’s and woman’s question their ability to serve successfully within the various capacities. Within those relationships they were needed, now within this midlife state their healthcare for others has turn inward to themselves.
