We (Wonderfully Made Inc) are offering free online Tai-Chi sessions. The sessions will meet once a week. Theses will be thirty-minute (30) sessions for sixteen (16) weeks. Therefore, you will have access through Zoom. The sessions will start October 6, 2021, and end on January 19, 2022. The time will be convenient for you at work or home. Since you can connect from home or your work area. However, upon sign up, you will need to fill out simple forms.The forms will be kept on file within the grant funding office because the government is offering this community-free service.

Tai Chi’s Instructor

The instrutor is Dr. Fredina Usher-Weems. She is one of the owners of a Health and Wellness company called Wonderfully Made Inc. Dr. Weems is certified through, Tai-Chi for Arthritis by Dr. Paul Lam. Furthermore, Dr, Fredina hasbeen an accredited instructor through this organization for several years now.
