First, our Bounce-back power will initiate with us dissecting our thoughts. Reexamining the situation by choosing not to dwell on the agony of defeat; however, we will meditate on the lesson learned. Next, we will answer the following questions: What shall I not do next time. What shall I do next time? Finally, who shall I not include within my following support groups: friends, family, mentors, and prayer members.
Next, I will take time for soul care recovery. The bounce-back power will focus on checking our feelings. In addition, it encourages us to admit our feelings. Also, it helps us to accept our emotions. After our self-feeling evaluation, we can focus on coming out of the negative feelings zone. Change your choices. We can enter holistic balance by including the following health tools: more rest, me-time, healthy meals, meditations times, spiritual advisors, professional coaches/counselors, and fitness time.
Third, we must maintain body care. Our bounce-back power becomes visual through our fashion statements. Fourth, we must make sure that we maintain our physical necessities. Keep attending aerobic classes, strength training, muscle toning, and flexibility movements. Finally, we must schedule and keep our yearly physical examinations and dental and eye checkups.
Moving Forward
Now we can move forward. First, we interact with self-power in our confidence that we are winners. We tap into our learning power to portray that we choose not to let the setback hinder us. Finally, we use our mouth power to proclaim our beliefs through word choices that build us up.
