“Well, it’s time to make that change. People of the world today are fading
All of us have our ups and downs. You better think about it or you won’t be around
What we need is a little bit of love. Sent by One from Heaven above. Take it from “T.”, it’s simple and plain. This ain’t no game, you know what I’m saying?” Lyrics by Winans.
Yes, change is unstoppable even when we entered the avoidance zone. As my mother always reminded me that time does not wait for my actions, times, and delays. The current time today will not be current when tomorrow arrives. In order to keep up with God’s timing within our lifestyles we must let go of our tight selfish agenda and make room for flexibility within personal and professional lifestyles.
Within our personal choices, we must:
Incorporate our money plans to balance between earning, spending, sharing, investing, giving and getting (staying) out of debt. We must be anxious for nothing while staying in a state of expectancy in the area of receiving and being a blessing. We must continuously cast our cares on God as we rest in His arms and wait for this timing. We must remember that as we are casting our cares onto Jesus the Arthur and finisher of our faith, we are still responsible for our words, actions, and deeds. We can encourage ourselves by daily proclaiming “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus “(Philippians 4: 6-7).
Within our professional choices, we must
Die to self-glorification, self-righteousness. Maintain a healthy self-esteem, self-love, and self-image in Christ. Putting self to death in an ongoing process and possible when we deny self-gratification, vengeful deeds, backbiting comments, and operating from a spirit of jealousy. Within our professional environment we must live beyond our feelings in order to humbling and effectively portray strategic business plan, consistent cash flow, and maintain customer satisfaction. WE must flourish within our environments being led my God’s sprit and mind “when the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future” (John 6:13).
