Fellows, we do not like unnecessary drama. Drama from emotional setbacks. The drama of robbing Peter (credit care) to pay Paul (insurance). the drama of forgetting important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, and children’s outings). If we want to avoid drama, we have to make sure we are not being or bringing drama.
Let us make sure that we are men after God’s own heart by:
Being led by the Holy Spirit vs. Self-pride, self-righteousness, or self-arrogance
Spending time covering self and family in prayer.
Living our life like King Kids (God’s chosen people).
Walking in the image of Christ.
“For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps” (1 Peter 2:21).
