God did not reprimand us about our ungodly lifestyles. He loved invited and allowed us into His kingdom just as we are. How many times do we expect our family members, to change their lifestyle to please our lifestyles. How many time have we ignored or ex-communicate ourselves from family members that we thought were embarkment to our environment.
God’s cleansing process was through love not ridicule or judgmental. As we interact with others on this Good Friday, let us remember that it is our job to proclaim the Gospel versus force the Gospel message on others.
“We love because he first loved us” (1 John 4:19 ESV).
