Dictionary.com defines YOU as “the pronoun of the second person singular or plural, used of the person or persons being addressed, in the nominative or objective case”.
As a child of God, YOU be defined as:
Being a new creature in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV).
Being God’s workmanship, productive, and walking in victory (Ephesians 2:10 ESV).
Being a chosen race “a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9 ESV).
Walking in “no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1 ESV).

Allowing ourselves to submit to other’s authority who might not have our best interest in mind. We are permitting others to take advantage of our God giving gifts, talents, times, and resources.
When we permit others to take advantage of our lifestyles, we are:
Lacking wisdom and need to seek God for guidance (James 1:5 ESV).
Walking as sheep in the midst of rules. We need to be wise as a serpent and innocent as doves (Matthew 10:16 ESV).
Let us be You in Christ and not used by others to fulfill their self-Identity.
