We all believe we are children of God; yet, most of the time we do not experience the abundant life offer to us through Jesus Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.
For example, when our days are filled with twists and turns from life disappointments, we verbally start declaring “I can’t handle this, why do I always have to deal with this, It seems like I can never have enough money”. We make these self-defeating declaration. It is like we are saying that we know our lifestyles are not good. We initiate the domino effects called insecurity, low self-esteem, and self-defeat.
Stop!!!! Let us look in the mirror and ask ourselves Do You Know Me?
New Check List for Life Challenges:
Not enough money in the bank. That does not define who we are because God will supply.
Unemployment status has arrived at our door. That does not define who we are because God will supply.
Marital challenges. That does not define who we are because God’s love never fails.
Children are tripping. That does not define who we are because God’s mercy and grace covers us and our self-will children.
Just received a negative health report. That does not define who we are because by His stripes we are healed.
It is a blessing to know that God knows us and now we know who we are in Christ.
