Your Eyes

The institute of Medicine (National Academy of Science) recommends that vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to be taken for good vision and eye protection.

Beta-carotene-when taken with combination with zinc, vitamins C, and E, may reduce the progression of macular degeneration.
Bioflavonoids (Flavonoids)- may protect against cataracts.
Food nutrition- tea, citrus fruits, blueberries, legume and soy products can reduce your risk of eye diseases.

When you choose to see your situations, circumstances, and people through God’s Lens, you can overcome, handle, and go through various life challenges resting in God’s Protection.

Husband- after a hard day of work and you are feeling drained, tired, and used, you can call ask the Holy Spirit for peace before you go home to your family.
Wife- when you are transition your hat from being a mother, to being a wife, and then to being an employee or employer, take a break before each transition to call of Jehovah-Jireh to provide you strength.
Children- as you attend your school and realize that your uniqueness is not accepted by some of your peers, remember that God said that you are fearfully and wonderfully made in His image. So just continue to be who you are in Christ.

Each situation gives you an opportunity to see yourself, the situations, and others through the eyes of Christ.

“Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law” (Psalm 119:18 NIV).
