How can we maintain energy level and healthy body image?

In order for our bodies to maintain energy and cleanliness we need to incorporate the following Wholistic plan:

Drink Water- ideal amount is half of our bodies’ weight.

Eat nutrient meals/snacks- veggies, fruits, whole grain.

Get proper amount of sleep-know your body energy level amount of sleep between 6-8 hours.

Listen to your body- it will let you know your stress and energy levels.

Know your stressors- they come through people, places, and circumstances.

Confront the areas that concerns our wellbeing.

Enjoy life.

Most important, keep God first.

“Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well” (3 John 1:2 NIV).
